Do people tell you that you’re funny? Are you wanting to get into comedy but don’t know where to start? Do you want to write or perform comedy? Maybe you’ve got some comedy ideas, a phone full of notes, a sketchbook with possible characters and stories, a head of swirling unfinished jokes – but wonder what’s next?

Jane Postlethwaite’s two hour workshops over six weeks, will help you to bust through your blocks, fatten out those comedy ideas and more importantly get extra ones. You’ll transform the way you approach comedy writing. You may even get the chance to read or perform your work at the Happy festival in May or the Happy Proms in July.

These workshops are open to all levels of experience, even absolute beginners.
